New key resources on board

On June 1, brothers Torbjørn and Arvid Hammernes joined Utror as project manager and development manager, respectively. The two will play a key role in the further development of Utror's operating concept for offshore aquaculture. Both come from SalMar Aker Ocean, where they have been instrumental in the development and implementation of Ocean Farm 1, as well as the design work related to Ocean Farm 2 and Smart Fish Farm.

Torbjørn (39) has a nautical background and has previously worked in fisheries, aquaculture and sailing in the merchant fleet around the world. In recent years, he has been Director of Technology and Projects at SalMar Aker Ocean. Arvid (42) also has a nautical background and has previously worked in shipping and offshore, before establishing Ocean Farming AS together with his brother in 2010. Arvid comes from the position of Operations Director at SalMar Aker Ocean.
