General Manager

Olav-Andreas started his career as a farmer in 1994. Since then, he has “gone up the ranks” in the aquaculture industry and held management positions at SalMar, Lerøy Midnor, Scottish Seafarms and Lerøy Hydrotech.

He was central to the development of SalMar and later SalMar and Aker's joint venture in offshore aquaculture in SalMar Aker Ocean, until he joined Utror as CEO in October 2022.

Business developer

Lars Konrad is a graduate of Business Administration. He previously worked as an equity analyst with responsibility for the seafood sector at Fearnley Securities and Carnegie.

Lars Konrad helped establish Utror in November 2021.

Finance Manager

Mathias has a degree in economics and a background as an investment banker at DNB Markets with a focus on the seafood sector.

Mathias helped establish Utror in November 2021.

Fish Welfare Officer

Lene-Catrin is a trained fish health biologist. She has worked in the aquaculture industry since 2007, most recently at Åkerblå where she led the fish health department from 2014 to 2021.

Lene-Catrin joined Utror in November 2022.

Development Manager

For the past 10 years, Arvid has worked on the development of offshore aquaculture as one of the founders behind Ocean Farming and later as Director of Operations at SalMar Aker Ocean.

He has a nautical background and has previously sailed in international shipping.

Arvid joined Utror in June 2023.

Project manager

Torbjørn has spent the last 10 years working on the development of offshore aquaculture as one of the founders behind Ocean Farming and later as Director of Technology and Projects at SalMar Aker Ocean.

He has a nautical background and has previously sailed in international shipping and wellboats.

Torbjørn joined Utror in June 2023.

HSE and quality manager

Terje has a maritime education and more than 20 years of experience from various roles within operations, logistics, HR, HSE and quality within aquaculture, maritime and offshore industries.

He has, among other things, been operations manager at the wellboat shipping company Hordalaks Holding and project manager at Global Maritime.

Terje joined Utror in January 2024.

Project engineer biology

Ronja is a civil engineer with a master's degree in aquaculture from the University of Bergen.

Ronja was a summer intern at Utror in the summer of 2023 and started a permanent job in September of the same year.

Electrical & Automation Manager

Olav is a qualified ship electrician (ETO). For the last 7 years before joining Utror, ​​he was part of Ocean Farming and later SalMar Aker Ocean as a technician and manager for electrical and automation. He also has experience as a ship electrician, including in Olympic Shipping.

Olav joined Utror in November 2023.
